Organisation
ETC International Group is a network organisation consisting of six offices in India, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Peru, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. The individual offices are independent in terms of management and finances. They have brought their activities into a locally registered Ltd.-company (ETC-East Africa, ETC-India, ETC-Lanka), into a NGO (ETC-Andes) or into a foundation (ETC-UK). Six work Units of the office in the Netherlands are individual members of ETC International Group. All these offices and units and many programmes have their own website with more specific information. In total ETC International Group employs about 110 staff. More than 50 international experts are associated to ETC.
Unity in Diversity
Our partners regard our wide range of fields of expertise and approaches as an important strength. We operate as a network organisation so as to guarantee mutual links between different entities and experts. By establishing mechanisms for joint learning ETC has created synergy between the activities of its various offices and units. Our motto is therefore ‘Unity in Diversity’.
